What you choose when you make one
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Mode | Open creates a new member on redemption. Claim routes them into matching an existing roster row you already made. |
| Expiry | 20 minutes, 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, or never. A short one is right for a link you're about to read aloud. |
| Label | Your own name for it — "spring rush table", "exec only". Up to 60 characters, and only you see it. |
| Max uses | A cap on redemptions, up to 500. Leave it blank for unlimited. |
Seeing who used it
Every redemption is recorded against the link — who joined, and when. Open the invite to read the list. That's also how you check whether a link you shared went further than you meant it to.
