- Set a term. Everything dated needs one. See why it's asking.
- Get the exec board in. Send one invite link to the people who'll set things up, before the whole roster. Fewer people, fewer questions.
- Fix the roles. The starting roles fit an average org, not yours. Check that your treasurer can touch money and that nobody has more than they need. See roles and permissions.
- Put one real thing in each page you turned on. One event, one document, one dues charge. An empty page teaches nobody anything; a page with one real row teaches everybody.
- Then invite everyone else. Now the first thing they open isn't blank.
