Someone sends you a link. The page tells you whose door it is before you sign in to anything — that's on purpose.
Open the link you were sent. It looks like /join/… and shows the org's name, badge and headcount.
Sign in with Google. It's the only way in — there's no password to make or forget.
If the link asks for your name, type it exactly as your org has it on the roster.

You're matched to a roster row an officer already created — you type your name, and it links your Google account to that existing record, history and all.
