- Go to chaptos.com/create. Nothing is created yet — you're just answering.
- Say what kind of org you are. That choice picks your starting roles, your vocabulary and which pages you begin with.
- Name it and pick a URL. Lowercase letters, numbers and single hyphens, 3–32 characters. Some words are reserved (
admin,api,help,trust, and similar) so a workspace can never shadow a system page. - Sign in with Google at the Build step. This is the first moment anything is written.
- Pick which pages your org shows on the screen that follows. You can change all of it later.
What gets built
- The org itself, with you as its first admin.
- A set of roles for your org type, each already carrying a sensible bundle of permissions.
- The pages you chose, and only those. Turning more on later doesn't cost you history.
One thing is deliberately not created: a term. The first screen you'll see inside is the app asking for one — that's expected, and it's a hard block.
