What happens when you hit the limit

What stops

• Adding a new member to the roster.
• A new person redeeming an invite link.
• Un-archiving someone who was archived.

What doesn't

• Every member you already have keeps their access — nobody is removed or locked out.
• Every page keeps working: roster, dues, attendance, timeline, documents, the assistant.
• Your exports keep working, so your data is never held hostage.
• Nothing is deleted, hidden, or degraded.

Clearing it

1. An org admin opens Settings → Billing.
2. Add a payment method. You're not charged for doing this while you're still within the free band — the card just sits there.
3. Add the person. Billing catches up with the new headcount on its own.
