Taking attendance

Attendance is per event, per member, per term. The chapter-wide percentage everyone argues about is just those marks added up.

  1. Open the event.
  2. Mark the roll. The eligible set is everyone on the roster who isn't exempt for this term.
  3. Save. Every member's percentage and standing recalculate from it.

Only mandatory events count toward the percentage. Optional ones can still be tracked — they just don't put anyone's standing at risk.
