Tasks and polls

Both do the same useful trick: they can target a role instead of a list of names, so they keep working when the people in that role change.

Tasks

Give it a title, a due date and assignees. An assignee is a member or a role — assign something to Recruitment and everyone holding that role owns it, including whoever picks it up in February.

Polls

Options, a target audience, and a live tally. Same targeting: ask the whole chapter, or ask the exec board by naming the role.
