Events that have happened and still need a wrap-up show under Needs you in the sidebar. Moving a confirmed event back to Planning takes it off the Timeline.

The questions every event on the board answers, so a budget or a head count can be compared across the term. Ten are built in — Description, Budget, Attachment, Head count and Co-host start on; Point of contact, Setup time, Risk form, Dress code and Transportation start off. Rename them, add your own, or stop collecting one.
