Your events in your own calendar
Members can add your org's events and deadlines to Google or Apple Calendar, where they keep updating as you edit them here.

Who can
An org admin turns it on. Then anyone can add it.

Keeps itself up to date.
- 1Choose your org's time zone.
- 2Choose Turn on for members. A check runs for about a minute and switches it on by itself.
- 3Anyone: Timeline → Add to my calendar.
- 4Add to Google Calendar (from a computer; it then syncs to your phone), or Open in Apple Calendar and choose Subscribe.
Not available everywhere yet
Calendar subscriptions are opening up org by org. If Settings says they aren't available for your organization yet, that's the reason — it isn't a switch you've missed.
- Programming events only appear once they're Confirmed. A finished task's deadline drops off.
- Google can take up to a day to refresh; Apple refreshes on its own schedule.
- If an admin pauses updates, events already in people's calendars stay but stop changing.
- If the link is replaced, add it again and remove the old one so nothing shows twice.
- Add this event on a single event works whether or not the subscription is on.
